Arlene Mary Matter, at the age of 72, accomplished her earthly journey and spread her wings to heaven on Saturday, January 7th surrounded by her loving family. She was greeted with tears of joy by her parents, Walter and Mathilda Sellner; brother and sisters, Wilbert, Deloris, Rose, Rita, and Donna.

She will be dearly missed by her husband, Frank, sons, Averron (Tammy), Cameron, and daughters, Michele, Desiree. Her grandchildren, Amanda, Dylan, Shane, Jameson and Grace, and great grandchildren, Riley and Mykayla. Her brother, Wally (Carol) Sellner and sisters, Dorothy (Stan) Painter, Helen (Roy) Janni, and Kathy Platz.

She loved and cared for her family above all else.  A recent post expressed the love she shared in every moment: "My kids and grandkids light up my life, They are my pride and joy, my heart and soul, my happy place, my everything."  And she is ours.

She welcomed everyone wholeheartedly and with a beautiful smile. No matter where she went, she always took the time to stop and visit with someone she knew and provide a listening ear. How appropriate that she was born on Valentine's Day ♥

Honoring Arlene's wishes, a private viewing was held for her immediate family. A "Celebration of Life" will be celebrated at a later date.

Arlene was there when her children took their first breath...She was surrounded by her children when she took her last. Arlene taught her children everything she knew, except how to live without her.

Precious moments and special memories of Arlene will live on in our hearts forever. ♥
