Arline M. Brunner, age 91, formerly of St. George, died on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Laurels Peak Nursing Home in Mankato.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am on Friday, June 19, 2026 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm with Father Tanner Thooft celebrating the mass. Burial will follow in the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be 9:00 am – 10:30 am on Friday, June 19, 2026 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home NORTH – Chapel.
Arline is survived by her son, Pat (Sue) Keim of New Ulm; daughters, Karen (Donald) Wendinger of New Ulm and Diane (Don) Hoffman of New Ulm; grandchildren, Jen Horstmann of Nicollet, Mike Keim of Sartell, Sara Keim of Chaska, Melissa Weston of Nicollet, Kim Penkert of Mankato, Bryan Wendinger of New Ulm, Shelly Kitzberger of New Ulm, Brad Hoffman of New Ulm, and Scott Hoffman of Hanska; great-grandchildren, Jacob Horstmann, Josie Horstmann, Ryleigh Weston, Carter Penkert, Avery Penkert, Bennett Wendinger, Joanna Wendinger, Aaden Kitzberger, Jace Kitzberger, Mikenna Hoffman, Abigail Hoffman, and Libby Hoffman; and brother, John (Ruth) Rewitzer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; and her parents.
Arline M. Rewitzer was born June 12, 1935 in New Ulm to John & Minnie (Schrimpf) Rewitzer. She worked at the Tropicana Supper Club, 3M for 30 years, and retired on July 1, 1995. Arline was united in marriage to Gerald G. Brunner on August 27, 1953 at the Holy Trinity Church in New Ulm. She truly loved being in the woods mushroom hunting, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Arline was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
