She loved to garden and be outside as much as possible.
Throughout her life she was employed in many different fields from constructing torpedoes in
the 60's, to wait staff in the late 80's and early 90's.
The roles that she was most proud of were wife, mother and grandmother. Her love for her
family were the most important things behind her love for Jesus Christ.
She grasped the role of grandma and loved to spend time with Samantha. She was
Samantha's biggest cheerleader.
In 1969 she was joined in marriage to John E. Kuznik. They have one son, John A. Kuznik.
In 2007 she was joined in marriage to Norman "Rich" Breimon. Who continued to share her life
with up to her death.
Barbara Jean Dauer was born May 27, 1943 in New Ulm to Lorenz and Rose (Zollner) Dauer.
Barbara is survived by Norman "Rich" Breimon, her son John (Deneil) Kuznik, her
granddaughter Samantha Kuznik all from Willmar, step sons Troy and Kent Breimon from
Duluth, brother Larry (Mary) Dauer from New Ulm, sister-in law Renola (Joseph) Dauer from
New Ulm, brother-in law Stanley (Alice) Hanson from Lafayette along with many nieces and
nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lorenz and Rose, brothers Jerome, Edward,
Donald, Joseph Dauer and sister Alice Hanson.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of the people who helped her through her difficult journey of life: doctor Andrew Hoffman, and the St. Cloud hospital staff.
