Bruce Nordin, age 70, of New Ulm, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at his home in New Ulm.

Bruce is survived by his sisters, Marcia Byro, Lynette Morse; and many extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mort and Eleanor Jensen; and siblings, Billy, Shirley, Bob, Marvel, Marilyn, Mike, Gary, Lois, and Sharon.

Bruce Allen Nordin was born April 4, 1954 and was raised by Mort and Eleanor (McCleary) Jensen in Willmar. He graduated from Cooper Senior High in Crystal, Minnesota, and then enlisted in the United States Army. Bruce served his country from 1974 to 1976, then returned to Crystal and worked as a cook for various businesses. He recently moved to New Ulm to be closer to his family. In his free time, Bruce loved going fishing, fixing and tinkering on cars, being outside and watching the wildlife, and taking care of his pets. He especially enjoyed helping at St. Michael's with various projects around the complex. Bruce will be dearly missed. Blessed be his memory.
