May 27, 1961 – March 6, 2025
Danne J. Braulick, age 63, of Blaine passed away peacefully Thursday, March 6, 2025 at J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park.
Visitation will be 5- 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home - NORTH Chapel. A private burial will take place in the New Ulm City Cemetery.
Danne is survived by his daughter, Amber Braulick; mother, LaVon (Reinarts) Braulick Fischer; siblings, Bonnie Gutknecht (Randy Anderson) of Winthrop, sister Karla Braulick, sister Jane Vorwerk (Todd) of Gibbon, Terri Fischer (Dennis) of North Mankato, and Sara Grogg (Patrick) of Lonsdale. Step-sisters and brothers Randy Fischer (Theresa) Washington, Dwayne Fischer (Ranae) of Lafayette, Roxanne DeRock of New Ulm, Sylvan Fischer of Lafayette, Darwin Fischer of Lafayette, Linda Hansen (Corey) of Gaylord and Marsha Miller (Jeff) of New Ulm and Many Nieces and Nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Leo Braulick Jr., His stepfather Sylvester Fischer, His grandparents Leo Sr, and Clara Braulick, Edward and Lauretta Reinarts, and niece Savannah Flowers, great nephew, Andrew DeRock.
Danne J. Braulick was born May 27, 1961 to Leo and LaVon (Reinarts) Braulick in New Ulm. He grew up on a farm near Sleepy Eye till the age of 4; after his dad passed his mom and siblings moved to New Ulm and then later Lafayette.
He graduated from Winthrop High School in 1980. Danne worked as a Maintenance Supervisor in Hastings for 35 years. He also took on trucking jobs, he enjoyed driving. Danne was in the Army Reserves for 6 years and did his training in Korea. He enjoyed the outdoors; fishing was one of his passions. He loved and enjoyed his daughter. Danne was a simple man. He was kind and had a big heart and a witty sense of humor. He will be missed by those who knew him. Blessed be his memory.
