Elaine Lois Ahlbrecht was born on April 28, 1932, in Lake Lillian, Minnesota.  She grew up on a farm near Lake Lillian and after graduating High School attained her clerical degree from Rasmussen College in St. Paul.  Elaine was united in marriage to LuVerne Weymann in May of 1956 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm.  This union blessed the couple with two daughters whom together they raised in New Ulm after living in Cudahy, Wisconsin for a short time.  After moving the family back to New Ulm in 1967, Elaine began her career as a teller with Citizen's Bank.  Elaine eventually retired from Citizen's in 1995.  Besides her work at the bank, Elaine enjoyed playing her organ at home, and playing cards with family and friends.  Many great memories were made over the years on family camping trips and road trip vacations across the country.  She was a long-time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm.  Countless memories will stay in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.  Blessed be those memories.
