Jada Schwarzrock, age 18, of Gibbon died unexpectedly on January 8, 2024, at her home in Montgomery.
A memorial service will be at 3pm on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home – SOUTH chapel in New Ulm.
Visitation will be held from 12-3pm on Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Jada is survived by her parents, Paul "Wally" and Renae Schwarzrock; sister, Kora Schwarzrock; grandparents, Melvin and Mary Eckstein, Brenda Lang, Jerry Schwarzrock; uncles and aunts; Brian (Brandi) Eckstein, Jeff (Mesa) Eckstein, Sara (Chris) Schweiss, Jan Schwarzrock, Mark (Nicole Miller) Schwarzrock; cousins, Allie, Lexie, Sloan, Fallon, Cole, Shay, Jaxson, Jace, Josie, Joslyn; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents.
Jada Lynn Schwarzrock was born on November 9, 2005 in New Ulm to Paul and Renae (Eckstein) Schwarzrock. She grew up with her family in Gibbon and was currently finishing high school and living in Montgomery. Jada was dedicated to helping others, finding joy and purpose in her work. Her compassionate nature touched the lives of many, as she worked diligently at both the Northfield Assisted Living and previously at the Southview Living Center in Gibbon. Beyond her caring profession, Jada harbored a deep love for animals, including her exotic reptiles. She had a free spirit, finding connection in the unique and unconventional. Her interests were diverse, spanning from the Renaissance to concerts, music, drawing, shopping, and the simple pleasure of growing plants. Jada's artistic talents were evident in the beauty she created and shared with those around her. Jada will be remembered for her vibrant energy, warm smile, and the kindness she extended to everyone she encountered. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. Blessed be her memory.
