Joan M. Andresen, age 70, of New Ulm passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Joan is survived by her children, Rachelle Johnson (Dan Schultz), Ross (Tonya) Johnson, Sister, Patricia (James) Brandel, Brothers, Tom (Jean) Andresen, Todd (Linda) Andresen, Grandchildren, Jordan Schultz (Kaitlin Hughes), Kailey Schultz (Ryan Esser), Alec Johnson, Mallory Johnson and Great grandchild Karson Schultz.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Audrey (Lemieux) Andresen of New Ulm and her former husband Donald Haubrich.

Joan Marie Andresen was born September 9, 1952 to Harry and Audrey Louise (Lemieux) Andresen in Minneapolis. She graduated from New Ulm High School in 1970. She was united in marriage to Craig Johnson on May 1st, 1976 in New Ulm and later was remarried to Donald Haubrich on January 25th, 2002 in New Ulm. She worked at Union Hospital and spent much of her career at MBW company. Don and Joan spent many years living in Las Vegas, NV.  Joan enjoyed painting, shopping, and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Blessed be her memory.
