Joleen is survived by her daughter, Roxanne (Chad) O'Fallon of Shakopee; her son, Rick (Nicole) Jorgensen of New Ulm; and her beloved grandchildren: Ash, Reagan, Ethan, and Quinn. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald (Myrtle) Brand and David Brand; sister, Doris Guemmer; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren Jorgensen; brothers, Lowell, Marvin, Curtis, Robert, Gerald, and Kenneth; and sisters, Carol, Diane, Phyllis, LaDonna, and Marlys.

Joleen Marie Brand was born on December 30, 1934, in New Ulm to Joseph and Sophia (Kuehn) Brand. She attended school in New Ulm and later married Warren Jorgensen on June 19, 1969.

Joleen was a devoted member of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, where she was actively involved in the Christian Mothers and the St. Elizabeth Society. Before moving to Shakopee, she lived at Orchard Hills in New Ulm, where she cherished her community and enjoyed spending time with friends—especially at bingo games. In 2024, she was honored as Orchard Hills' Valentine's Queen, a title she wore with pride and joy.

In both her younger and later years, Joleen was an avid bowler and participated in multiple leagues. She loved playing cards, especially 500, but her absolute favorite pastime was BINGO. Everyone who knew Joleen knew that Wednesdays were reserved for bingo—without exception.

Her greatest joy in life was the time she spent with her family, particularly her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Joleen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Blessed be her memory.
