Kristine Ann Johnson, age 56 of New Ulm died unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at her home in New UIm.

Kristine is survived by her sons, Tyler Aderman of Springfield, Zachary Aderman of Burnsville; and her daughter, Hayley Aderman of Springfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Kristine Ann Johnson was born on February 27, 1969, and was later adopted by Donald and Marcene (Dietrich) Johnson, who lovingly raised her as their own. She grew up in Duluth, where she attended school and graduated from high school in 1987.  Kristine's life took her in many different directions over the years.  She eventually, she found her way to New Ulm, a place she made her home and where she settled into a life.

She had a deeply artistic soul and found joy in painting and drawing, using creativity as both expression and comfort. Kristine was also a devoted animal lover throughout her life. She had a special heart for animals in need, often caring for strays or any creature that crossed her path needing love and attention. Her compassion for animals was simply part of who she was.

Kristine took pride in her home and was known as a bit of a clean freak, keeping everything in order and just the way she liked it. Those close to her knew her as someone with a majestic, positive energy, a presence that could be felt as soon as she entered a room. Her laughter was unmistakable, joyful, and contagious, often lighting up the space around her.

Above all else, Kristine treasured time spent with her family. Those moments, whether big or small, meant the most to her and were where she found her greatest happiness. She will be remembered for her creativity, her kindness, her love of animals, her infectious laugh, and the deep love she held for her family.  Blessed be her memory.
