Lynne is survived by her sons, Chris (Tara) Peters of New Ulm, Brian Peters of New Ulm; her grandchildren, Andrew (Kendra Zuhlsdorf) Peters of New Ulm, Nessa (Bryce Roiger) Peters of New Ulm; Braiden Peters, Calleigh Peters of New Ulm; and her sister-in-law, Geri Larson of Faribault.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Peters; and her brother, Daryl Larson.
Lynne Jillaine Larson was born April 4, 1945, in New Ulm to Marvin and Alta (Selle) Larson. Growing up in Winthrop, Lynne was a 1963 graduate from the Winthrop High School. She was united in marriage to Robert Peters on October 25, 1969, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Lafayette. This union blessed the couple with two sons whom together they raised in New Ulm. While living in New Ulm, Lynne worked for 25 years at Farmers and Merchants Bank which eventually became Alliance Bank of New Ulm. She also worked for District 88 as a paraprofessional, and most recently was working at Runnings before her retirement in 2017. Besides her work, Lynne enjoyed spending time in her gardens, and as an animal lover, she enjoyed spending time with her dog and birds. She may have had a bit of a stubborn side, but she always put her family first. She loved every moment she got to spend watching her children and grandchildren grow up, and especially loved following them play sports. She will be forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. Blessed be her memory.
