Pam Meyer, 56, of Gibbon died Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Moltke Township, Sibley County with Pastor Benjamin Rucker and Pastor Harold Storm officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 4 – 8 p.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church and for one hour prior to the time of service at the church on Thursday.
Pam is survived by her husband, LuVerne Meyer; daughters, Jessica Meyer, Nicole (Jon) Svingen; grandchildren, Griffin Svingen and Gretta Svingen; sister, Lori (John) Smith; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vernon and Rosella Meyer; sister-in-law, Deb (Tom) Forstner; brother-in-law, Michael (Fran) Meyer; nieces, Joni (Tony) Stadtherr, Jenna (Nick) Peterson, Emily Meyer; nephews, Scott (Dana) Gleisner, Shawn Gleisner, Steven Gleisner, Jesse (Maria) Forstner, Matt Meyer, Nathan Meyer. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pamela Kay Heiling was born on July 22, 1960 in Redwood Falls to Donald and Marian (Allan) Heiling. On April 12, 1997 she was united in marriage to LuVerne Meyer at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Moltke Township, Sibley County. Pam worked at BIC in Sleepy Eye for twenty seven years as a Graphic Artist. She loved to volunteer in the community and did so with the Gibbon Funfest Committee, Music Fans Club, Thunderbird Boosters Club, After Prom Committee and was also an Avon Lady. She loved watching baseball, other sports, and spending time with her pets. Pam was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Moltke Township. www.mvfh.org
