Ronald Willis Strand, born January 30th, 1949, lived until he stopped.

His loving wife: Linda, was by his side to the very end. He loved his kids: Leonard (Stacey), Matt (Marisol), Amy (Ryan). He was a proud grandpa of: Amber (Robbie), Jordan, Breeanna, Rene, Elizabeth, Charlie, Eve, and Atticus. His great-grandkids: Brayden, Sophie, and Lexi were his greatest joys. He would have adored Waylon as the first great-grandson, they did not get to meet sadly (he always said when a first great-grandchild was born, a great-grandparent died).

He enjoyed life and shared stories of the ways he had a fulfilling and wild life. He lived loudly, and unapologetically as himself until his body expired on November 24th, 2023.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 at the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Mankato.
