Toby Todd Stevens, age 61, died unexpectedly on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at his residence in New Ulm, Minnesota.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

The Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes of New Ulm are assisting the family with arrangements at this time.

Toby is survived by his father, Daniel Stevens of Sartell; his daughters, Marissa (Carson) Reed of Sacramento, California, Libby Stevens of Prior Lake; his sons, Mike (Sarah) Stevens of Burnsville, Eli Stevens of Prior Lake; his sisters, Carey (Jared) Lamont of Avon, and Kristin (Joel) Coquyt of Deephaven.  Toby is also survived by his new grandson Harrison Reed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Judi Stevens in 2020.

Toby Todd Stevens was born February 25, 1963, in Worthington, Minnesota to Daniel and Judi (Feikema) Stevens. Toby was a 1981 graduate of Upsala High School in Upsala, Minnesota. Immediately after graduation he proudly served his country in the U.S. National Guard. Toby also furthered his education at Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota before working in Sales, Recruiting, and Account Management in Telecom, Healthcare, Information Technology, and the Rare and Unique coin industries. Toby was always an avid reader and enjoyed watching most sports.  He was very proud of all his children and loved to talk about what they were up to and all their achievements.  Toby will always be remembered for his wit and ability to learn just about anything. Prior to living in New Ulm for the past year Toby resided for the most part in the Twin Cities.

Toby is loved and will be missed.  May he rest in peace.
