Zelda Gladys Konakowitz was born March 1, 1939, in New Ulm to John and Gladys (Harder) Konakowitz.  She attended school at New Ulm Public High School and on July 27, 1957, was united in marriage to Richard Domeier.  The couple was blessed with a daughter and three sons whom together they raised in New Ulm.  Early in her career, Zelda worked at Ida's Café and Randall's before beginning her career with Kraft Foods.  She spent the last 25 years of her career working at Camelot Cleaners before her retirement.  Zelda always enjoyed taking in nature.  She enjoyed spending time in her gardens, watching the birds, fishing, and even hunting with her husband Richard.  To relax, she enjoyed vacationing in Texas and always enjoyed a good word search puzzle.  What brought her the most joy in life was any time she got to spend with her family, but especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren, and 2 dogs.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Blessed be her memory.
