Terrence "Terry" Ahlbrecht, 64, of Gibbon died Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at his home. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 1, 2017 at Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon with Pastor Erik Karlson officiating. Visitation will be 10 - 11 a.m. on Monday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in Gibbon.

Terry is survived by his son Toby (Therese) Ahlbrecht of Carver; his significant other of 33 years, Bonnie Binger of Gibbon; brothers Marvin Jr. Ahlbrecht of San Francisco, California, Ted Ahlbrecht, Tom (Julie), and Todd (Marnie) all of Gibbon; and his grandson Maximus Ahlbrecht. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Cheryl and Marie Ahlbrecht.

Terrence "Terry" Ahlbrecht was born January 27, 1953 in Gaylord to Marvin and Myrtle (Sell) Ahlbrecht. Terry farmed with his dad and brothers on the family farm in the Severance Township. He then worked as a custodian at GFW schools for 10 years, and eventually worked at Jackpot Junction. Terry enjoyed snowmobiling, watching movies, listening to music, and socializing with family and friends. He really loved spending time at the farm and raising cattle and pheasants. He will be greatly missed by all.
