Patsy Schultz, 86, of New Ulm died Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Sleepy Eye Care Center.
Funeral service will be 11 AM Saturday, June 22, at First United Methodist Church in New Ulm with Pastor Jo Anne Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the New Ulm City Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 – 7 PM Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funerals Home SOUTH CHAPEL in New Ulm and will continue for one hour prior to the time of service at church on Saturday.
Patsy is survived by her husband Robert Schultz of New Ulm; daughters, Mary Brown of New Ulm, Sandy (Brad) Isberner of St. Cloud and Lisa Schultz of Thornton, Colorado; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; a sister, Wilda Tresider of Sturtevant, Wisconsin; brothers, Duane (Carol) Oshesky of Bremerton, Washington Jerry (Val) Oshesky of Tallahassee, Florida; step sisters Gina of Rome, Italy and Janice of Zephyr Hills, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her brother Randy, and step brothers Frank and Arthur.
Patsy Ruth Oshesky was born May 26, 1933 in Niagara, Wisconsin to Edward and Vivian Hansen. She was united in marriage to Robert Schultz on April 29, 1950 in Kingsford, Michigan. After marriage they resided in Redwood Falls, St. Cloud and then moving to New Ulm. Patsy was employed at Oster, 3M, Swanson's Grocery and the New Ulm Medical Center retiring in 1985. After retirement they wintered in Arizona. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and Bridge Club for more than 40 years.
